The idea for RentToOwnFloridaMLS.com was originally developed by Thomas Martin, who as a licensed Florida Realtor and licensed mortgage broker real estate investor got frustrated time and again due to the lack of fast and reliable communication among the real estate community. He noticed that there were many qualifed homebuyers that could verify years to timely rental history that did not have the credit score needed to purchase a Florida home. He teamed up with a credit repair company and began the task of networking with Florida sellers in need of a way to fill vacant homes. As a result of this endeavor, RentToOwnFloridaMLS.com was launched on Oct 17th, 2011 and has been a great success ever since.
